For the July 2026 trip, fill out the interest form by April 30 at 11:59pm ET / 8:59pm PT.
Already filled out the interest form before?
If you’ve previously filled out the Interest Form before March 26, 2026, and:
If you selected July or October availability —> you’ll automatically receive the registration email for that trip when it opens. No need to fill it out again!
If you did NOT mark available in July or October and your plans have changed —> please fill out the interest form to update your availability by April 30 to receive the registration email. (Don’t worry. You can skip questions you’ve already answered.)

July Registration Opens: Friday, May 1 (exclusively by email)
July Registration Closes: Friday, May 8 (or as soon as spots fill)
A deposit is required to secure your spot at registration.
Early-Bird Pricing Note: A limited number of early-bird priced spots will be available when registration opens. These spots are first-come, first-served.
Pricing and payment plan details will be shared via email prior to registration.
